The cabinet of AGS has created this policy in order to encourage member engagement and put in place an understandable and considerate document.
Members
All AGS members should attend the General Meeting every other week!
We completely understand that there may be scheduling conflicts that prohibit one from attending General Meetings. If this is the case, all you have to do is let us know. You can email [email protected] or President Martinez-Salinas at [email protected] .
If a member has missed three meetings with no notice, an AGS Officer will reach out and check in with the member.
*Missing General Meetings will not prohibit you from receiving your notation.
We just want to make sure members are not missing any valuable information!
We will not have meetings during any in-semester breaks, winter break, or any days in which school is not in session.
Officers
These guidelines apply to all AGS members. Officers are not exempt from the attendance guidelines. The same goes for the Cabinet Meetings which take place every Monday at 6:00PM through Zoom.
